My father was a builder so I know houses and costs to build. We started with Ray the excavator looking at three properties for us. He told us the truth about a barn foundation even though it could have cost them our sale at that time. He was right when we probed and the foundation was too shallow for what I needed for my barn. When we found another property Ray came out again. We compared three quotes and he was better than fair. By request he did a “push and pile” clearing which saved us a lot of money compared to the other builder who insisted on clearing and dumping. They gave us a fresh quote, in writing, for all of the items we needed added to our house. We discussed how to save money on decking, and when I dug a hole and inspected our decking, they had solid footings and were well built. I inspected everything with my father. When the well was dug, they put me on the phone with the well guy to discuss whether or not we should go deeper. Because we need to water grass for horses we went deeper and the difference in price was discussed and in writing right then and there. There were NO surprises or price increases added to our contract. They built us the house we ordered for the price we negotiated with the only difference being my choice to dig the well deeper. Little things mattered; like how Jon rejected countertops I would have been ok with but he didn’t like for a slight warp. The manufacturer sent brand new ones at his request. We had time to shop around before going with this builder and it really shocked me that another company wanted 20% more for same size superior walls basement! And another company 30% more for a poured foundation of the same size! They know where she can save you money but that’s why you won’t get a written price until it’s time to start. Inside our house is beautiful! Excellent tile work, finishing touches on cabinets, clean windows, etc. I know how to spackle and I was surprised they were ordering touch ups on areas that were fine! They went through every inch of the house to make sure it was all just right. When one deck post settled, they immediately sent them out to adjust it. I took away a half star however because we had a problem with one sub-contractor. It took a while but they had the job completely redone. Unfortunately, with a building boom going on they didn’t have their usual guy. We are discussing a possible build for my parents now. In short, they built us what they said they would for the price on the contract without surprises. And when one item wasn’t right, they fixed it. Ray, Jon, Johnny, deck team, heating team, Noey -Master of the Metal roof- thank you all for a really nice job! We love our home!

A very professional business. The staff was very courteous and attentive to our desires and needs in selecting a home design suitable for our needs. They were diligent in explaining the various options available for each of the display homes we viewed. They also offered us optional homes sized to meet our lifestyle and budget with the same “feeling” of their larger counterparts. They were helpful with the financial part of the process. A very professional approach to home buying!

Every aspect of the home has been a very thought-out process. Most of all we cannot stress enough about the importance of dealing with our salesperson. From our first visit, she has been there every step of the way making sure we were completely satisfied with everything. Without her, we would have bought somewhere else. She just put us at ease from day one and has really become like one of our family. Our construction coordinator has also been a great help through the construction and set up of our home and I know I have a lifelong friend because of this purchase.

And just like that….we officially have keys to our new home. We want to thank everyone for all their speedy and hard work getting this done.

From the moment my husband and I decided to go Modular, you were always our top pick. We started talking thru email and then we scheduled a time to come in and look over things. We changed our minds at least 40 times, but you never once threw your hand in the air with us, and you have stuck with us way past the finish line. The manager was also a wonderful asset, had all the answers along the way with paperwork and who was doing what and when they were supposed to be doing it. The Construction Manager was AMAZING. Start to finish was a breeze even considering the messy winter ve had while building. A+A+ team, highly recommend for ANYONE looking for a modular home with an excellent team!

We purchased our modular home earlier this year. The sales team were excellent to work with. They made sure the entire purchasing process went smoothly. The construction team was very efficient in making sure everything was done according to building code. We are very happy with all our dealings with them. You could not ask for a better place to deal with!

Our sales rep was amazing to work with. She not only stayed with us through the entire process of buying and building but she has remained in contact with us since. She always had a ready answer for any question we had. She was warm and friendly even when our nerves were frayed when faced with a long distance move and a lot of bad weather delaying our build. My wife and I went to every modular home showplace near our area, and you were the last one and boy are we glad we did not give up and stopped by, we fell in love with one of the model homes. Not only is our salesperson one of the nicest people you could ever meet but has been great through the whole process. You were the only one that actually told us the turn-key price up front. You were a man of your word and took all the risk out of buying a home from them. The construction manager kept us updated on the progress and delays, even after the closing they followed up to make sure to address any issues we had which were few and cosmetic. It took a long time to sell our home in NY and then to qualify for a mortgage here and they stuck to us like glue. Once we got our approval to go then they really showed some action. The construction manager is always on top of what is happening at your property. He may not be there every day, but don’t think he doesn’t know what is going on. He knows and he worked with the crews to get things done quickly and correctly. I cannot thank you enough for making our dreams come true. My wife and I went looking with a pre approved VA Loan at the area home dealers. Some acted as they were more important than the customer, some tried to add extra fees, and some were not true modular homes we were looking for. The other true modular dealer said we needed a construction loan and we would have to pay extra for brick around the foundation adding thousands of dollars to the price.
Then we looked at your homes. We met our salesperson who has a great personality and with his help and knowledge led us to the home we would purchase very happily. We were able to pick the exterior and interior features and colors. We did not need a construction loan.
While our home was being built we met our construction manager who handled the site construction awesomely. She has a lot of experience and helped guide us continuously.
I would greatly recommend anyone to have the awesome home buying experience we have experienced. Thank you everyone.
