We are a “turn key” builder with over 20 years combine experience, prepared to help you through every step of the process. Following are 3 basic steps to help get you started.

1ARRANGE FINANCING.

As soon as possible, talk to your lender unless you’re paying cash for your home, you’ll need to find out what program you want, your interest rate, down payment and how much you will spend on monthly payments. There are several lenders that specialize in modular homes.

2SELECT YOUR FLOOR PLAN.

Take a tour of our model homes. We have 100’s of pre-designed award winning floor plans. We believe in the pick, bring, or create your home. When meeting with your home consultant you can choose from multiple décor packages, truly customizing your home from the Inside-Out. We have ranch style, t ranches, cape cods, and true two story homes from 1000 sq ft to 4000 sq ft. Tell us what features you want and we will carefully listen so we can accommodate your wants and needs

3FIND THE LAND.

Where are you going to build your new home? If you have land or not don’t worry, we have a free land locator service with many contacts who want to sell their land, realtors who list land, and developers who can help. From existing home sites to raw land our construction manager will help work with the local building departments to assure a smooth process for you.
